Residents across Stoke-on-Trent are being urged to report nuisance bike riders, including those riding without helmets or wearing balaclavas.
The 'Ninja Watch' appeal has been issued by Operation Transom, a joint initiative between Stoke-on-Trent City Council and Staffordshire Police that was set up in 2021 to tackle anti-social behaviour.
It asks people to report riders on off-road bikes, quads and e-bikes who are causing a nuisance, as well as anyone riding without a helmet or wearing a balaclava while causing trouble.
The appeal says information from residents helps police and the council's anti-social behaviour team take targeted enforcement action.
How to report
You can phone Operation Transom on 01782 233400 or email operationtransom@stoke.gov.uk.
If an incident is happening at the time, call Staffordshire Police on 101 or report it through the live chat on the Staffordshire Police website.
Staffordshire Police is also asking for help to identify off-road riders through its online appeal.
