Motorcyclist Dies After Collision With Jeep In Burslem As Police Appeal For Witnesses

A motorcyclist has died following a collision in Burslem, Staffordshire Police has said.

Officers were called to Moorland Road on Wednesday (23 September) just before 4.20pm, after reports of a collision involving a white Jeep and a black Yamaha motorcycle.

West Midlands Ambulance Service also attended.

The rider of the motorcycle was taken to hospital, where he sadly died.

Police say his family are being supported by specially trained officers.

The driver of the Jeep stayed at the scene to help police with their enquiries.

Staffordshire Police is appealing for witnesses who may have seen the motorcycle before the collision, and for anyone with relevant dashcam footage.
