Cinema-Goer Returns To Find Brick Thrown Through Car Window At Newcastle-under-Lyme Multi-Storey

A cinema-goer has warned other drivers to take precautions after coming back to find a brick had been thrown through their car window at a multi-storey car park in Newcastle-under-Lyme.

The driver had parked on the multi-storey on Saturday evening (26 September) while watching a film at the Vue cinema.

When they came back, the driver's window had been smashed and a brick had been left on the seat.

Photos shared online show broken glass across the seats, the footwell and the car park floor.

The driver shared the pictures in a local community group to warn other people who park there.

Anyone who saw anything, or who has dashcam footage from the car park on Saturday evening, is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 or online. Information can also be given anonymously to Crimestoppers on 0800 555 111.
