A 16-year-old from Stoke-on-Trent has been crowned the world’s fittest teen after once again impressing at the gruelling CrossFit Games. Keira McManus has been competing in CrossFit since she was just 11 and has now established herself as one of the sport’s standout young athletes. Her remarkable strength includes the ability to lift an incredible 265lb (around 120kg).

Keira’s latest achievement comes after another demanding CrossFit Games campaign, where competitors are pushed through a series of physically and mentally challenging events designed to test strength, endurance, speed and overall fitness. The Stoke-on-Trent teenager has now achieved the remarkable feat for the third consecutive year, highlighting the level of dedication behind her success.

Her progress since taking up CrossFit at the age of 11 has been extraordinary, with years of training helping her develop the strength and fitness required to compete at the highest level for her age group. The achievement is another proud moment for Stoke-on-Trent, as Keira continues to make a name for herself on the international CrossFit stage.
