Two Men Admit Cocaine Supply Offences After Stoke Drug Line Investigation

Two men have admitted drug supply offences following an investigation into a suspected drug line operating in Stoke-on-Trent.

Mohammed Aftab, 29, and Usama Ahmed, 31, both from Stoke-on-Trent, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to supply cocaine and acquiring, using or possessing criminal property at Stoke-on-Trent Crown Court today (Friday 11 September).

Aftab also admitted a further charge of possessing cocaine with intent to supply.

The pair were arrested after officers stopped a car on Sneyd Avenue, Newcastle-under-Lyme, on 11 August as part of an investigation into the 'Immy' drug line.

Police seized a large quantity of cocaine, more than £3,000 in cash and the phone believed to be used to operate the drugs line.

The case remains before the court, with sentencing to take place at a later date.
