An air ambulance has landed at Morrisons on Lower Milehouse Lane, Newcastle-under-Lyme, with a large emergency services response currently at the scene.
Emergency services have now left, we are awaiting further information about the condition of the patient.

The security guard at Morrisond has spoken and said *A customer had a heart attack near the toilets*
Patient has been loaded into road ambulance, reports from the scene are to a person collapsed inside the Morrisons store.
The tills at Morrisons are currently closed, please do not arrive at the store.
Multiple ambulances and police vehicles have been reported at the supermarket, with emergency crews responding to an incident in the Morrisons store.
The exact nature of the incident is not yet known, however it is believed that a woman had a heart attack inside the store, although there is currently no confirmed information about the circumstances or outcome.
